Shipping Conditions

At VWMK7 STORE, we ship worldwide using trusted shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS. Shipping costs and delivery estimates depend on the destination country and the product ordered.

Production Time for Custom Products

Custom steering wheels made through our Steering Wheel Configurator are manufactured according to your selected specifications.

  • Production time: 15–25 business days after order confirmation.

  • Shipping time: An additional 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Estimated total timeframe: 18–32 business days.

Production and shipping times are separate. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to the destination, customs procedures, public holidays or carrier delays.

Ready-to-ship products may have different processing and delivery times. Please refer to the delivery information displayed on the relevant product page.

European Warehouse

We operate a European warehouse, allowing eligible orders to be fulfilled directly from European stock when available.

Delivery to EU Countries

  • Free tracked shipping for orders shipped within the European Union.

  • Orders are shipped from our European warehouse whenever the requested product is available in European stock.

  • Delivery times depend on product availability and whether the item requires custom production.

Delivery to the USA

  • €14.99 tracked shipping for eligible orders under €100.

  • Free tracked shipping for eligible orders of €100 or more.

Delivery to the Rest of the World

  • €14.99 tracked shipping for eligible orders under €150.

  • Free tracked shipping for eligible orders of €150 or more.

Steering Wheels — Free Shipping

All steering wheel orders include free tracked shipping. Custom steering wheels still require the production time stated above before dispatch.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. Tracking may take some time to become active after the carrier receives your parcel.

Important Delivery Information

All delivery times are estimates and are calculated in business days. Customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions and carrier delays may affect the final delivery date.
